Welcome to Worth it, where Filter editors spotlight one genuinely good discount on something we’ve tested and loved. Each week, we filter endless sales so you don’t have to.

We’re big fans of Anyday’s plastic-free cooking and storage containers – and it seems many of you are too. Our Anyday storage container review (which boldly claimed that they’re nearly “perfect”) is one of our most-read pieces, and the containers themselves topped our inaugural list of most-loved products here at the Filter US.

“[Anyday’s containers are] great for quick steam cooking (using the clip-on strainer) as well as more efficient meal prep,” said Emily Farris, a reviewer. “In addition to being a plastic-free alternative for anything that’s supposed to be microwaved in the bag, you can use them to cook fresh veggies, potatoes, rice, fish and more from start to finish.”

Non-plastic food storage containers can be pricier than their plastic counterparts, so when we see a great deal on them, we like to share it. This week, Anyday is running a sitewide sale that includes a 12-piece frosted glass round dish set $27 cheaper than its average tracked price of $180. The clear version is also discounted $13 cheaper than its average tracked price of $145.

The big deal

It is worth it if … you’re ready to begin (or continue) a plastic detox in your kitchen, or you just want to overhaul your food storage system with plastic-free containers compatible with your oven, dishwasher, freezer, air fryer and microwave.

You’ll need to be OK with the weighty feel of Anyday’s glass containers, which are bulkier and heavier than their plastic equivalents. If you want a lighter option, something silicone such as Anyday’s Mixed Set (see below) is a good bet.

Other Anyday deals we have tested

Anyday silicone 12-container bundle for $152 (was $178): Made of silicone, these plastic-free deli containers are one of our favorite ways to store leftovers, mix salad dressings and steam veggies. This bundle can fully replace your food storage containers.

Anyday glass square container for $19 (was $38): Anyday’s glass square containers’ versatility surprised Filter commissioning editor Karen Yuan when she microwaved salmon in this medium square dish.

Anyday silicone 3-container bundle for $39 (was $46): This smaller set of Anydeli’s is only $7 off, but it’s great for leftovers and to-go. It includes one-cup, two-cup and four-cup containers.

Why you should trust our recommendations

We work for our readers, rather than the brands we write about. Every item we recommend is something a Filter editor or contributor has tested and can vouch for. On occasion, we may present a close substitute from the same brand and explain any differences from the original.

We scour competing retailers for the lowest prices on any item, and we use price-tracking tools such as Camelcamelcamel to check price history and ensure the discounts are truly good value, rather than a faux markdown. (So, while we love sharing good deals, we also aren’t afraid to call out the unimpressive ones.)
