Rebbadj's contributions sent the hosts up to fifth in the table, six points below leaders Toulouse, who beat Clermont 28-18 despite missing a host of players due to international call-ups.
The 27-year-old's fellow winger Gael Drean also crossed the whitewash as he made his first appearance since May, having undergone heart surgery during the summer.
Parisians Stade Francais are three spots below Toulon in the standings and spent the final quarter of an hour down a man following flanker Mathieu Hirigoyen's red card.
Elsewhere, Stade Francais's neighbours Racing 92 claimed a first win since October 10 as fly-half Hugo Seunes kicked an 82nd minute penalty to snatch a 30-28 victory at Castres.
The visitors had Zimbabwean No.8 Shingi Manyarara sent-off with nine minutes to play after headbutting Castres full-back Geoffrey Palis.
Pau trounced Perpignan 63-26 to stay second and Montpellier edged Lyon 21-18.
On Sunday, bottom side Vannes host Bordeaux-Begles in a game due to be held at Nantes's football ground and Bayonne head up the Atlantic coast to La Rochelle.
